Donald V. Fein

Donald "Donnie" V. Fein, 74, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024. Donnie was a proud member of the American Legion in Floyd County. He enjoyed boating, camping, and most importantly spending time with family and grandchildren.

He was born on January 8, 1950 to the late Russell Fein and Lucille (Ollis) Cooper. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Larry Fein.

Donnie is survived by his loving wife, Cathy Fein; daughter, Rebecca (Craig) Powers; three grandchildren, Kirsten Powers, Kaitlyn Powers, Keegan Powers; three brothers, Kevin, Nevin (Kelly), and Tony Fein; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150) with burial to follow at a later date.

The family requests that contributions in Donnie's memory be made to Floyd County Humane Society.
