Donald Keith Brown

Donald K. Brown, 69, of New Washington, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at his home, surrounded by family and love. Donald was a hard worker, who didn't like to sit still. He drove a concrete truck for many years, finishing his professional career as a dump truck driver. He had a great sense of humor, from cracking jokes to wearing silly hats, and many more antics. Donald loved his family and friends deeply. He'll most fondly be remembered for his love of fishing, riding motorcycles, and cutting his grass.

He was born on July 17, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Arthur and Gloria (Reynolds) Brown. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Lilly Brown; and brother, Buddy Brown.

Donald is survived by his children, Kurt Brown, William (Daneen) Brown, Robert (Carly) Brown, and Jenna Brown; sister, Gloria Jean Bryant; grandchildren, Tristen Brown, Peyten Brown, Dylan Brown, Sawyer Brown, and Jack Brown; and great-grandchild, Jayden Brown.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). Visitation will continue on Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. His Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow in accordance with Donald's wishes.
