Dianne Williamson

Dianne Williamson, 71, passed away on March 13, 2023. She retired from Jefferson County School System as a Plant Operator. Dianne was a proud Eastern Star. Her greatest joy in life was caring for her grandchildren. Dianne loved volunteering at Mortenson Family Dental in her later years. She enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, shopping and collecting Betty Boop memorabilia. Dianne will always be lovingly remembered as a redhead with a feisty attitude and everyone's "Aunt Dianne"

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Williamson; her parents; brother, Steve Guest; sister, Peggy Marshall; nephew, Stevie Wayne Guest and niece, Crystal Anne Hickey.

Dianne leaves to cherish her memories, her children, John (Stephanie) Williamson, Amy (Brian) Stidham and Preston (Sarah) Williamson; grandchildren, Trenton (Danielle) Williamson, Lou Williamson, Brooklynn Marshall, Logan Marshall and Kendall Marshall; great-grandchildren, Riley Williamson and Ellie Williamson; sisters, Brenda (Tommy) Hickey and Patricia Snellen and her fur babies, Paco and Foxy.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 4pm-8pm. A celebration of Dianne's life will be Friday, March 17, 2023, beginning at 1pm at the funeral home.

Dianne will be laid to rest at Bethany Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272.
