Dianne Marie Franklin, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020.
Dianne retired from the Kentucky State Fair Board. She enjoyed bowling and most of all loved spending time with her family.
She was born on May 20, 1954 in Mobile, Alabama to the late Lawrence Bernard and Helen Marie Franklin. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, John Isaac Franklin, Rosalie Franklin and Janet Ann Franklin.
Here to carry on her beautiful memory are her significant other Kevin Silliman, brother, Larry Ray Franklin (Stephanie),her cousin, Linda Curtsinger, uncle, Ray Franklin (Joanie), nieces and nephews, Josh Kirkland, Angela Kirkland, Larry Ray Franklin, Jr. (Amber), Roscoe Marsh IV and Cassie Marie Lynch (Nathan), along with 5 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel. Due to Covid - 19 a private burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington, Kentucky.
The family kindly asks that expressions of sympathy be made to the ASPCA in her memory.
