Diane Mae Huth, age 87, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022. She was born on February 23, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois, to John Francis and Helen Lorene (Stevens) Seymour. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Bernard Huth I.

Diane was always one who was very social and easily made friends wherever she lived. She was kind and overly generous and was always ready to lend a helping hand to others. After giving birth to her four children, Diane returned to college in her mid-30s and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and advanced to a very successful career in Accounting and Finance. She achieved her ultimate career goal as Chief Financial Officer at Swedlow Dow Corning and retired in 1999 at age 64. Following her retirement, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, with her husband, Gerald, enjoying life, the casinos, bingo, golf, and their new friends. After her beloved husband's passing in 2011, she moved to Round Rock, Texas, to be closer to her daughter, Kathleen, where she lived the rest of her days, spending time with her siblings, children, and grandchildren, enjoying her home in Big Bear, California, and visiting with her late husband's family in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Diane was an excellent bridge player, and she was renowned for her culinary talent and entertaining. During football season, she enjoyed watching her favorite NFL team, the Philadelphia Eagles, and continued to reminisce about her husband Gerald's football career and share the many highlights of his playing days. Diane was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
