Dewayne L. Reed

Dewayne L. Reed (Wayne), age 41 of Louisville, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2012. He was a student at Sullivan College of Technology and Design, and was a former employee of the US Postal Service, UPS and Mother's Cookies. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Vivian Reed.

Dewayne is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Michele McGlothin; childen, Kiera Brewer, Kennedy Crockett, Jaelynn Reed, Morgan Reed and Devin Reed; mother, Rita McKinney; sisters, Ieisha McKinney, Brittany McKinney, Bree McKinney; brother, Brandon McKinney. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral ceremony will be noon Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, 714 S. Shelby Street with burial to follow in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorials may be made to the family.
