Desmond Jackson

Desmond Jackson, age 33 of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 16, 2023. He was born on March 20, 1990 to Debbie Jackson and Gary Q. Robards, Jr. He worked at Zenith Logistics, Inc. Desmond was known for his stunning smile and witty sense of humor as well as his passion for life. He was a caring and loving father to his daughters, Mya, and Ari, whom he loved very much. He will be deeply missed, but not forgotten. May he rest easy.

Desmond is survived by his daughters, Arianna Dunn (age 14) and Mya Jackson (age 4); sister, Anna Jackson (Ryan Priest), and parents Debbie Jackson and Gary Robards, Jr.; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents.

Visitation will be 1 to 6pm Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A celebration of Desmond's life will be 11am Monday, April 24th at the funeral home, followed by interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
