Visitation will be Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Forest Tabernacle Baptist Church, 4205 E Indian Trail, Louisville, KY 40213, from 11am-1pm with a celebration of DeShawn's life beginning at 1pm.
DeShawn will be laid to rest at Petersburg-Newburg Cemetery, 3650 Old Newburg Road, Louisville, KY.
