Denzil Dale Freeland Jr.

Denzil "Dale" Freeland Jr., 87, Louisville, KY passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022. Dale was born in Charleston, West Virginia to Denzil Sr. and Virginia Freeland on October 9, 1934 and was raised alongside four siblings.

Dale went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree in marketing and worked in management for the Brown Forman company until retirement after 30+ years of employment. He met and married the love of his life, Ana Maria Tode, and together they raised one child.

Dale loved to travel and enjoyed being outdoors. He was quite the entertainer, getting family and friends together for gatherings and events.

Dale is preceded by his parents. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Ana Maria Freeland; his daughter, Elizabeth Marie Freeland; his grandchildren, Roman, Carolina, and Olivia; his siblings, Linda Kay (Keith) Clarke, Jackson Lewis (Wanda) Freeland, Jane Angela (Delmar) Fischer, and Gary Wayne (Carol) Freeland, as well as other relatives and friends who all will miss him very much.
