Dennis Lee Rego
Mr. Dennis Lee Rego, age 58 of Louisville, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011. He was formerly employed at General Electric and Wackenhut Security. He is preceded in death by his father, Dennis Ricardo Rego and his step-father, Charles (Pappy) Jecker.
He is survived by his daughters, Megan Marie Rego and Tara Lea Rego; his mother, Evelyn Jecker; brothers, Anthony and Mike Jecker; sisters, Rosie Hudson (Larry) and Debra Thompson (Mike); the mother of his children Cheryl Wolfe. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral ceremony will be 11:30 am Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Energized Baptist Church, 3107 7th Street Road with burial to follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky. Visitation at church will be Thursday from 10:00 am until time of service. Memorials may be made to the family.
