Dennis Lee Douthitt
Mr. Dennis Lee Douthitt, age 70 of Louisville, passed away on Friday, August 12, 2011. He was a Coast Guard veteran and was a riverboat captain. He was preceded in death by his parents, Florence and Preston Douthitt, Sr.
Mr. Douthitt is survived by his children, Sylvia Douthitt and Dennis Lee Douthitt, Jr.; sisters, Dorothy Ray Mercer, Betty Uldridge (Billy), Bonnie West; brothers, Preston Douthitt (Joyce), Tony Uldridge; and 3 grandchildren.
Graveside ceremony will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, Kentucky with Military Honors. Memorials may be made to the Veterans Administration.
