Dennis Edmund Dickerson, 77, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. He was a United States Army veteran that served during the Vietnam War. Dennis retired from 3M, was an avid reader, and a huge fan of the Louisville Cardinals.
He was born on October 13, 1945, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Carl and Geneva (Whitworth) Dickerson. Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Diane (Crum) Dickerson; son and daughter-in-law; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren; as well as many extended family members, and friends.
Dennis's wish was to be cremated, and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with his care. He will be laid to rest privately at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville.
