Dennis Applewhaite passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2013. Born in Airy Hill, Barbados, West Indies. He was a kind and generous father and grandfather. His children and grandchildren were the joy of his life and he loved spending time with them.
Son of the late Lionel Applewhaite of Airy Hill, Barbados.
Dennis is survived by his son, Rafik Applewhaite; daughter, Nicole Ferrell of Baltimore, Maryland; grandchildren, Kailib, Syria, and Tavion and his mother, Muriel Applewhaite.
In lieu of flowers the family will except expressions of sympathy be made to the family in honor of Dennis Appwhaite to the address of Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272.
