Denise Elaine Harold Monyhan, 67, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
She was born on July 5, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late William Harold, Jr. and Barbara (Mannen) Schmelz.
Denise is survived by her daughters, Melissa Monyhan Miles and Amanda Monyhan; siblings, Bill (Sandy) Harold, Vickie (Joe) Deluna and Theresa Harold; step-father, Leroy Schmelz; grandson, Alex Kennedy Miles; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Gathering will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN). Her Memorial Service will follow at 4:00 pm on Saturday, at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Denise's wishes.
Memorial contributions in Denise's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105).
