He was born on April 22, 1988 in Louisville, Kentucky to Yolanda (Monie) Carter and Anthony Campbell. He is preceded in death by his First Love, Charlotte Clark, Daughter, Alaysia Campbell, Uncles, Donald Craig, Gary Craig and Aunt, Teresa Taylor.
DeMontez is survived by his loving family, Mother, Yolanda Jean Carter and Father, Anthony Lamont Campbell; Children, Saniya Williams-Campbell, Anasia Campbell, Daymontez Williams-Campbell and Malichi Goode-Campbell; Brothers, Desman (Qiana) Davis, LeeJuan Davis, Dominic Campbell and Bonus Brother, Anthony Wilson; Great-Aunt, Lucille Moore; Aunts and Uncles, Charles Craig, Geraldine (Albert) Johnson, Lucille White, Joyce Craig, Deborah (Nash) Rainey, Jesse (Denise) Jones, Maurice Monie and Anthony Dulan as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, June 27, 2022 at Bates Memorial Baptist Church (620 Lampton St. Louisville, KY 40203). His Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:00 pm on Monday, at Bates Memorial Baptist Church (620 Lampton St. Louisville, KY 40203).
