Delbert Lee Ashcraft

Mr. Delbert Ashcraft, age 81 of Middletown passed away on Monday, October 11, 2010 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was a long-time member of Eastwood Fire Department and a member of Long Run Baptist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Lillie; his children, Christine Ambs (Steve), Danny Ashcraft (Karen), Patsy Ashcraft, David Ashcraft (Jenny), Harley Hall (Nancy); grandchildren, Melissa Velasco (Tony) and Darren Ambs (Amanda), Susan Stephens (Paul), Travis Ashcraft (Danielle), Wesley Hurt, Kayla Ashcraft and Allen Barnes. Also surviving are 5 great-grandchildren and his sister-in-law, Mildred Walker.

Funeral ceremony will be 11:00 am Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial in Eastwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Wednesday, and after 9:30 am Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hosparus.
