Deborah Kay (Heckman) "Debbie" Nall, 62, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Riverview Nursing Home in Clarksville, Indiana.
Debbie was born on August 7, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to Raymond Heckman & the late Barbara Lou (Hagan) Myers. She was united in marriage to Frank Albert Nall in 1968 and shared 12 wonderful years together until his death in 1980. Debbie was a great gardener and loved to watch and feed birds. She also enjoyed playing Bingo and going to the casino.
Debbie is survived by her daughter, Lisa Pennington (Kevin); father, Raymond Heckman (Genie); sisters, Sherry Quinn (Mike), Missy Zabel, & Carol Lynn Goodman (Johnny); brothers, David Heckman (Kathy), Donald Myers (Crystal), & Gary Heckman (Linda); grandchildren, Jessica, Lauren, & Alex. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Albert Nall and her mother, Barbara Myers.
Visitation will be from 1 to 7 PM Friday, September 13, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln., New Albany). Her Memorial Service will immediately follow at 7 PM on Friday in the chapel at the funeral home.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Gentiva Hospice Foundation (7801 Mesquite Bend Drive, Suite 105, Irving, TX 75063) or the American Cancer Society (701 W Muhammad Ali Blvd, Louisville, KY 40203).
