Deborah Lynn Miller of Louisville, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013. She was born November 29, 1952 in Louisville, KY. She was a graduate of Floyd Central High School Class of 1971, retired from BellSouth and attended Evangel World Prayer Center. She was preceded in death by her father, Elbert E. Miller; and her grandparents.

Deborah is survived by her mother, Urbana Blunk Cook; brother, David Miller; sister, Althea Otis (Steven); nieces, Kasey Miller, Elizabeth Otis and Parker Rose Otis; nephews, Eric Miller and Dawson Miller. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Deborah's Life will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2013 at Evangel World Prayer Center, 6900 Billtown Road with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 1-6pm Sunday, June 2nd at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive and Monday an hour prior to service at the church.
