Deborah Lynn Grinstead Wade, 59, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.

She was born on May 25, 1963 in Louisville, Kentucky to James and Deanie (Tooley) Avent. She is preceded in death by her Father, James Avent, Mother, Deanie Mae Grinstead, Siblings, Karl Grinstead, Jr., Paulette Aniton, Barbara Jean Grinstead, Terry Grinstead, Rodrick Grinstead, Anthony Grinstead, Wilma Jean Allen, and James Robinson.

Deborah is survived by her loving Husband of 31 years, Dwight Derrick Wade; Daughters, Ebony M. Grinstead-Brown, Rodneisha S. Harrison, KaiRica S. Wade, Nakia S. Wade, and Deana R. Wade; Son, Andre Bowens; Grandchildren, VheLejah Turner, John Collier, Jaque Collier, Tajah Romine, Byron Romine, Darroni Romine, Mark Anthony Dawson, Ronnie Blincoe, Ronnae Blincoe, NaKai Blincoe, Kairon Harrison, Braelynn Walker, Xshyla Walker, Paris Wade, DeAris Wade, Rihanna Hatcher, Dylan Stratton, and Nadia Stratton; Great-Grandchildren, Jamarie Dawson and Anyis Turner; Siblings, John Grinstead, Keith Grinstead, Morgan Muhammad, Rochelle Avent-Hassan, Curtis Avent, Greg Avent, and Nada Hinton, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, May 15, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Celebration of Life Service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Cemetery in Louisville, KY.

The family requests that contributions in Deborah's memory be made to her Husband Dwight Wade.
