Debora Chapman Kelly

Debora Chapman Kelly, age 67 of Simpsonville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. She was born March 16, 1956 in Gulfport, Mississippi to Billie Chapman and the late Frank Chapman. Debora was a minister with a Masters Degree with Louisville Seminary and was a pastor with Simpsonville Methodist Church. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Colin Kelly; her brother, Frank Draton Chapman, Jr.; her maternal grandparents, Louis Edward and Allie "Blanche" Robinson; and her paternal grandparents, James Frank and Mamie Chapman.

Debora is survived by her loving sons, David Howard (Angelin) and Mark Howard (Ashley); mother, Billie Chapman; grandchildren, Auden, Addie, Kellan, Annabelle, Joseph and Raelynn; brother, Chris Chapman (Trish); niece, Tara Leigh; nephews, Patrick, Dean and Trevor; and a host of relatives and many friends.

Services will be private.

Memorials may be made to the Simpsonville Methodist Church.
