Debbie (Schubarth) Coffey, 69, of Georgetown, Indiana was called home to be with her Lord forever on Monday, October 30, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 29, 1954 in Los Angeles, California to Lawrence and Barbara Schubarth. Debbie retired as an Office Assistant at the Air Force Cadet Library in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was a member of Christ's Community Church of the Nazarene in New Albany and was dearly loved by her Sunday school class and will be missed beyond measure. Debbie fought a long fight of cancer.

She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Norman Coffey; mother, Barbara Schubarth of Colorado; son, Jason (Jennifer) Larson of New Albany; daughters, Christy (Aaron) Hood of Colorado, Tricia Hutchins of Michigan, and Krissy Cooper of Michigan; grandchildren, Tabitha, Tylor, Jordan, Kayla, Kalyn, David, Theresa, and Lindsey; great grandchildren, Hudson, Aria, Keira, Madyson, Emma, Hayden, Annabell, Amelia and Avada; one brother, Larry (A.J.) Schubarth of Colorado; two sisters, Sherry Schubarth and Karen (Frank) Linarez both of Colorado. She is preceded in death by her father; daughter, Jessica; and two grandchildren, Shellie and Nathan.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Christ's Community Church (4920 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana), with memorial service to follow at 3:00 pm.
