Dazia Lanae Karey

Dazia LeNae Karey, age 27 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022. Dazia was born in Louisville, Kentucky on September 29, 1995. She graduated from Chancy Elementary and Ballard High School. She attended Jefferson Community College. Dazia was the life of the party and loved her family greatly. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Fairy Karey; and uncle, Brian Duvall.

Dazia is survived by her parents, Michelle Duvall (Michael Biggers) and Roderick Karey (Amber); siblings, Desiree, De'mya, Dahlia, Symone, Roderick, and Abel Karey, and Micha and LeMichael Biggers; grandfather, Robert Karey; uncle, Desmond Karey; 5 step-brothers, many cousins and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm on Thursday, December 29, 2022 and 9am to 11am on Friday, December 30th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A celebration of Dazia's life will be 11am Friday at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East, 11601 Ballardsville Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
