David Wayne Shaw, 46, of Louisville passed away July 26, 2016 at Norton Audubon Hospital. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on July 2, 1970 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a mechanic.
Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, August 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at the funeral home.
