David Wayne Smith, 51, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 20, 2014.
David was born on January 2, 1963, Louisville, Kentucky. David is preceded in death by his father, Laddie Eugene Smith; and step-father, Fredrick Bryan.
David is survived by his mother, Betty (Flannery) Bryan, three brothers, Michael Ostrander, Paul Smith (Mary), and Scott Smith (Debbie); one uncle, Ray Flannery (Beverly); and several loving nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Visitation in honor to celebrate the life of David, will be from 4pm-8pm Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home- Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville).
Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
