David L. Roy, 53 passed away suddenly on Wednesday October 24, 2012.
Former EMT involved with Sports Medicine for several local high schools, including Trinity and St. X. David was especially proud of his 12 Step Program. In recent years, David built a respected clientele in the taxicab business and was an owner-operator with Green Cab.
He is survived by his father, John J. Roy(June Kelly Roy); his children: Brian and Ariane, stepson, John Brian(Aaron); a granddaughter, Aaralynn; his former wife, Judy Roy; sister, Teri-Anne Roy; and brother, Mark(Rachel)Roy.
Visitation Saturday 12-6 at the Newcomer Funeral Home located at 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville,KY with funeral service following at 6:00 PM.
