David "Dave" Nelson, age 47 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021. He was born on June 19, 1973 in Louisville. He was a chef in the cities of Charleston, South Carolina and Louisville. He earned his Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston.
Dave leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents, Nancy and Jerry Nelson; brothers, Rick (Anne Marie) and Neal Nelson; three nephews, Sean, Bryan and Carter; niece, Erin; and a host of family and friends.
Immediate services will be private for the family. A celebration of Dave's life will be planned for a later date.
