David Lee Metcalfe
David Lee Metcalfe, age 69 passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Christopher East Nursing Home. He was a member of Carlisle Baptist Church. David served his country in the US Army with tours of duty in Vietnam and Germany. He was a locksmith by trade. David was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Joyce Ann Crutcher Metcalfe.
Survivors include his sister-in-law, Dee Weller and nephews, Gary , Rick and Geoff Scott.
Services will be private. David will be interred in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home in Middletown. The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the American Heart Association.
