David Lee Meredith Sr., 69, of Magnolia, KY passed away on October 7, 2014.
David was born August 14, 1945, in Louisville, KY to the late Clarence and Janie (Turley) Meredith.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Alice (Bowling) Meredith; sons, David Lee Meredith, Jr. (Chandra), Steven Allen Meredith (Tammy), and Verlon "Buddy" Lee Meredith (Erica); brothers, Cecil Meredith (Jenny), J.W. Meredith (Barbara), and Randy Meredith; sister, Glenda Sue Shields (Larry); 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 3pm to 8pm Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). Funeral Ceremony will be held at 11am Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Risinger Cemetery (10912 Bearcamp Road, Louisville, KY 40272).
