David Lawrence

David Dwayne Lawrence, 58, of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, formerly of Louisville passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022. David was very artistic and creative, he would make sets for Church Play's, and Halloween Costumes for his kids. He was a Carpenter & Contractor by trade and would make all sorts of wood carvings. David loved his children and his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was born on October 20, 1963 in Louisville, Kentucky to Donald and Patricia (Hinkle) Lawrence. He is preceded in death by his Parents.

David is survived by his Daughters, Julie Nash, Hope (Shaun) Sargent, Son, Mark Gividen, Grandchildren, Lexy Bloomfield, Kenton Bloomfield, Shaun Sargent, Kaleb Sargent, and Kai Sargent, Great-Granddaughter, Ansley Bloomfield, Brothers, Donny Lawrence, and Darrell (Lisa) Lawrence, Sisters, Lynn (Robbie) Cason, Melissa (Joseph) Jones, and Pam (Bryan) Smith, Former Wife, Kathleen Fikes. David also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, March 11, 2022 at Churchman Chapel, (4048 LaSalle Ave, Louisville, KY 40215). Visitation will resume on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 11:00 am until the time of the Services at Churchman Chapel. His Memorial Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March, 12, 2022 at Churchman Chapel.
