David Richard Kaylor
January 17, 1943 — February 14, 2022
David Richard Kaylor, age 79 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022. David was the eldest child of Thomas Richard 'Dick' Kaylor and Hazel Marie Kaylor (Frick) of Evansville, Indiana. He attended Reitz Memorial High and graduated from the University of Evansville. He was the owner/operator of Showtime Shoes in Louisville, KY until his retirement in 1996.
David is mourned by his loving family: sisters Susie Kaylor and Patti Vaughn (Barry), children Andrea Levine (Michael), David Kaylor (Esperanza) and Kelly Kaylor (Troy). David was the proud Grandpa of five wonderful grandchildren, Jonas, Lucia, Ashanty, Ashley and Ella.
While there are no services planned, donations may be made in David's honor to Hosparus Health.
