David Jolly

David Owen Jolly, 61, of Louisville, Kentucky, was welcomed into his heavenly Father's loving arms, October 23, 2022. David was an avid handicapper. He loved being in the outdoors and going fishing. David loved dogs and all animals. David was an outstanding athlete in cross country, track, and basketball. He held many track records in high school and had many athletic accomplishments. David had a competitive spirit that lead him to playing pool. He loved to dance, sing, and have a good time with friends and family. David will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was born on January 14, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to Kenneth and Carolyn (Keller) Jolly. He is preceded in death by his Parents.

David is survived by his Daughter, Savannah (Austin) Alexander, Brothers, Kenneth (Debora) Jolly, James (Deborah) Jolly, Robert (Debra) Jolly, and Roger (Diana) Jolly, and Uncle, Guy (Mary) Jolly. David also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
