David Wayne Butts
November 19, 1951 — June 20, 2018
David W. Butts left for his eternal home on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. David was the son of Thelma Butts and the late Rev. Delbert Butts. He enjoyed life to the fullest with many friends and family. David was blessed with a beautiful voice and shared it with the Thoroughbreds, weddings, churches and choir. He was a member of Beechwood Baptist Church. David will be greatly missed.
David is survived by his daughter, Patricia Hedenskog (Bobby); 3 granddaughters, Ella, Anna and Alex; his mother, Thelma; brother, Buddy; along with many cousins and a host of family and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be 2-5pm on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown.
