Darlene Lafaille, a beloved matriarch and cherished friend, peacefully departed from this world on September 14, 2024, at the age of 73. To speak of Darlene is to recount a life filled with warmth, love, and passion for the simple joys that life bestowed upon her.
An avid enthusiast of BINGO, Darlene found great pleasure in the camaraderie it fostered and the joy it brought to those around her. She took delight in the serenity of the lake, relishing quiet moments spent fishing, and her greatest treasures lay in the laughter and love shared with her family. Each interaction was imbued with her kindness, a trait that truly defined her essence—a heart of gold that naturally drew people close.
Darlene’s devotion to her family was unwavering; she was the heartbeat of their lives, the anchor in times of storm, and the source of boundless affection. While she may no longer walk among us, her spirit will forever echo in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her.
She was preceded in death by her cherished parents, Willis and Thelma Spencer. Darlene leaves behind her beloved husband of 53 years, Roger Lafaille, Sr.; her daughter, Felicia (Roy) Bays; her son, Roger (Angela) Lafaille, Jr.; as well as her adored grandchildren, Ashley (Allen) Coker and Justin (Katelyn) Claycomb; her dear great-grandchildren, Madison and Aiden and her fur baby, Sophie
