Darell Horace Isaac, 59, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, Indiana.
Darell was born on June 12, 1951, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Earl Horace & Dorothy Jane (Freeman) Isaac. Darell was baptized at an early age at the Second Baptist Church in New Albany. He was a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Darell had a love for television and worked as an engineer for networks all over the United States, including WHAS 11 in Louisville, Kentucky, CNBC and NBC in Los Angeles, California, and Turner Network Television and CBS in Atlanta, Georgia.
He is survived by his children, Jonte Isaac, Anthony "Tony" Isaac, and Tiffany Isaac; sisters, Vera Lenston (Larry) and June Isaac; granddaughter, Kylah Isaac. Darell was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 10 AM to 5 PM Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 5 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
