Danielle Violet Alicea-Jackey

Danielle Violet Alicea-Jackey, 29, passed away on December 18, 2023. The most important part of her life were her boys and spending time with her family; especially her cousins. Danielle loved Harry Potter (Hufflepuff), Disney movies, musicals and going on adventures. She had a kind and caring heart and was extremely protective of the ones she loved. Danielle loved showing her love by cooking for family and friends and was proud of her Puerto Rican heritage.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Nicole Jane Alicea-Jackey and Seth Luis Alicea-Jackey; paternal grandparents, Luis Anibal Alicea-Morales and Carmen Batlle-Mendez.

Danielle is survived by her children, Jacob Alicea-Jackey, Braiden Alicea-Jackey and Wyatt Sparks; life partner, James Sparks; mother and bonus father, Jill and Frankie Williams; father, Luis Alicea-Batlle; siblings, Luis Orlando (Christine) Alicea, Chanda Alicea and Carmen Alicea-Jackey; maternal grandparents, Donald and Patricia Jackey; grandmother, Lela Williams; nieces, Gabrielle Alicea, Britynn Alicea and Giuliana Bardo and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 11am-2pm with a celebration of Danielle's life beginning at 2pm.

Danielle will be laid to rest at St. Andrew Cemetery, 7500 Saint Anthony Church, Louisville, KY.
