Daniel (Dan) Nicholas Treviño, July 31st, 1976 – May 16th, 2023.
It is with great sadness, the family of Daniel Nicholas Treviño announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, son, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.
Daniel was born in Texas and lived all over the state. He made is way up to Kentucky in 1996 where he settled down. Dan enjoyed baseball, golf, and spending time with friends and family. He spent his career in the service industry where he met a host of lifelong friends. Dan had a love and passion for food and drink that he was always willing to share, whether it was through his cooking, or sharing his knowledge about different spirits. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Tigers.
Daniel departs his mother- Mary Esther Treviño, his children- Ethan Treviño and Isabella Treviño, his siblings- Tallyna Treviño-Magee (Raymond "Butch"), Tamara Treviño (Bryan), Tiffany Treviño- Sadberry (Tommy), Tracey Treviño- Kincaid (Steve), Trisha Dillard-Treviño, Christopher Treviño (Maribel), Rene Treviño, Melissa Treviño- Olguin (David).
Daniel's nieces and nephews, Renee Watson (Matthew), Marissa Magee, Noah Magee, Hayden Magee, Mikko Son (Lisa) and Mason Son Daniel Jones (Tamara), Dustin Jones (Bri), Danae Jones, Denise Jones, Travis Treviño, Kyle Dillard, Heaven Dillard, Lynk Dillard, Monica Treviño, Lisa Treviño, Bryan Treviño, Jacob Treviño, Cara Treviño, Brianna Treviño, and his great nieces– Taytum Watson, Penny Watson, Jovie Watson, Mira Son, Maya Son,.
Daniel is welcomed by his father- Ernest Treviño Jr., his sister-Lisa Treviño, Henryette Luke-Treviño, his nephew- Maxxwell Treviño- Son; his paternal grandfather- Ernest 'Popo' Treviño, his grandmother- Esther 'Momo' Perez-Treviño, his maternal grandfather- Nicholas Cantu, his grandmother- Mary Cantu
Daniel is now at peace, surrounded by family, both on earth and in heaven. Please remember him as we do, for his love of life, family, and food. He lived life the way he wanted to, out loud, without hesitation, and full of pride. We are proud to have been apart of his life. Daniel- you lived, you loved, and you will be forever missed.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church Taylorsville, 115 W Main St, Taylorsville, KY 40071, with a service to follow at 2:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow.
