Daniel Joseph Renn

Daniel Joseph Renn, 42, of Lanesville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Dan enjoyed spending time outdoors, reading, watching documentaries, and playing video games. He loved animals and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He was committed to and was growing in his faith. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

He was born on November 25, 1979, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Gerard and Josephine (Theiler) Renn, Sr. He is also preceded in death by his brother, John B. Renn; and sister, Laura Diane Renn.

Dan is survived by his loving family; brother, Gerard C. Renn, Jr.; sister, Kathleen (Robert) Hunter; sister, Lora (William) Votaw; sister, Victoria Renn; brother, Michael (Leah) Renn; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Lanesville Protestant Cemetery in Lanesville, Indiana.

The family requests that contributions in Dan's memory be made to Trinity Assembly of God Church, 500 Shiloh Road SW, Corydon, IN 47112.
