Daniel Lee Ellison, 40, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023. Daniel was had a strong work ethic and was an avid car enthusiast. He was a loving and devoted son, brother, and friend. Daniel will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
He was born on May 20, 1983 in Louisville, Kentucky to Johnny and Betty (Gordon) Ellison. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, JC Ellison; grandmother, Laura Rains; uncles, David Ellison, Billy Baker; and aunts, Conda Jessie; and Lisa Binkley.
Daniel is survived by his loving family, father, Johnny Ellison, brother, Johnathan Ellison; step-sister, Doris Walters; step-brothers, John Walters, Step-Brother, Devin Jones; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 13, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
