Damien "Dae-Dae" Shaun Johnson, 45, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023. Damien was a die hard Louisville Cardinal, Dallas Cowboys, and Lebron James fan. He never met a stranger and his heart was massive. He loved his family dearly and overall he was kind. Although he wasn't perfect he was him and would do anything for anyone. Damien will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor of knowing him.
He was born on November 10, 1977 in Oceanside, California to Robert and Sharon (Pullen) Johnson. He is proceeded in death by his Step-Father, Lawrence Tolbert, Grandfathers, William Pullen and Robert W. Johnson, Sr., Uncle, William "Coody" Pullen, Great-Grandmother, Pearline Ingram.
Damien is survived by his loving family, Mother, Sharon L. Tolbert and Father, Robert W. Johnson; Children, Tiffaney L. (Danny) Allen, Damien S. Allen, Deonte' S. Johnson, Darian S. Crawford, and Brayden S. Crawford; Grandchildren, Tre' Truong, and Jaiden Truong; Siblings, Kamika Johnson, Lawrence (Tiffany) Tolbert, Jr., Charlette Philyaw, Etonda (William) Lovely, Lawrence (Shanell) Wilson, and Aja Johnson; Grandmothers, Della Pullen and Barbara Walker; Nieces and Nephews, Corey Mucker, Jr., Kymorah Mucker, SaToya Tolbert, Sydne Tolbert, Elektra Lovely, and Jazzanae Tolbert; Uncles, Rodney Pullen and Wendell Johnson; Aunts, Danette Pullen, Charlene Johnson, and Charmaine Johnson; Cousins, Ashley Pullen, Shanna Casey, William Pullen, and Rodney Pullen, Dashaun Rushin, Shamika Foster, Ebony Everett, Chanda Everett-DeVillasee, Kenya Poindexter, Keenan Bolden; as well as a host of other cousins, extended family, and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with Cremation to follow.
