Dalton Denton

Dalton Lee Denton, 19, of New Salisbury, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2011 at the University of Louisville Hospital after being injured in an auto accident on May 25, 2011.

Dalton was born on May 11, 1992 in New Albany, Indiana to Tonya R. Smith of New Salisbury and Tony L. Denton of New Albany. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Paula Smith.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his younger brothers, Austin Denton, Colton Watson, and Brodin Watson; grandparents, Fred Smith of Milltown, Indiana and Kenneth and Janie Sturgill of New Albany.

Visitation will be from 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 1 PM on Saturday in the Paul F. Kraft, Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Greenville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Dalton's memory be made to the family in care of First Harrison Bank (710 Main Street, Palmyra, IN 47164).
