Dale T. Elmore, age 66 of Shepherdsville, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. He was a US Army Veteran and had a passion for Thoroughbred horses.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dewey Stark, Trenton Elmore and Rayburn Elmore; sisters, Wanda Mendoza and Ella Jean Rennels; parents, Elbert and Orpha Mae Dyer Elmore.
Dale is survived by his sister, Joan Bonta; nieces and nephews, Debbie Meredith (Dan), Thomas Sanders, Diane Nugent, Johnnie Sanders, Lisa Wilson, Jeanette Compton; step-children: Stephen Cummmings and Kristin Remick, and a special friend, Jessica Richardson.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. CST Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Cedar Springs Baptist Church in Edmonson County, with burial to follow in Lambert Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8pm EST Monday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville and after 9:00 am CST Tuesday until time of service at the church.
