Cynthia Lee

November 20, 1945 — August 17, 2021

Cynthia "Cindy" Lee, 75, of Wichita, Kansas, recently passed away in Louisville, Kentucky.

Cindy, always industrious, worked as an office manager and accountant for 40 years and always wanted to provide her daughters with every opportunity to exceed her accomplishments. She retired from Creason Corrugating & Machinery Company, Inc. in 2012, as a well-respected business woman. In her later years, she spent time as a landlord to many grateful tenants.

Cindy was a faithful member of Parkview Baptist church in Wichita, KS. She was a beloved Grandmother, and shared her love of Kansas City Chiefs with her 3 grandsons in Louisville, KY.

She will be greatly missed by her daughters, son in law, and Grandsons. Her family is comforted that she was excited to go be with the Lord, singing "Jesus Paid It All" on her death bed, and taken to heaven on Tuesday Aug 17, 2021, at 3:16am.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."
John 3:16 ESV

Cindy was born on November 20, 1945 in Iola, Kansas to Robert and Ruth Vest. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Hazel Leona Rossiger.

Cindy is survived by her loving daughters, Lisa Diann Darby, Leslie Dawn Carraway, and Kristy Suzanne Fletcher; grandchildren, Hervey Duffy Carraway, IV, Caleb Jonathan Fletcher, James Price Fletcher, and Mark Oakley Fletcher; brother, Robert Harris Vest, Jr., and sister, Pamela Jenne Vest.
