Cynthia Lee Anderson (Sheffler), of Jeffersonville, Indiana went home to be with the Lord on July 29, 2024. 

Cynthia was born In Houston, Texas To Earl and Ruth Sheffler on January 22, 1970. 

She grew up most of her life in Chicago, Illinois where she attended Lakeview High School and was a straight A student. She also attended Austin High School in Houston, Texas where she was a member of the ROTC and a cheerleader for the Mustang Misses. She was a hard worker and did everything she could to provide for her only child Rebecca, sometimes working two jobs just to make sure they had what was needed. She was a fan of the cartoon Peanuts and loved Snoopy. She was a true Orange and Blue Chicago Bears fan to her very core. Cynthia and her mother Ruth shared a bond that was unbreakable. Cynthia had finally met a man that showed her how it was to be treated like a lady and up until the day she passed away he was there for her.

Cynthia was proceeded in death by her father Earl O. Sheffler Jr, her Brother Robert Wayne Anderson, her Grandmother and Grandfather Roy and Janet Powers, her Great Grandmother Pearl Douglas, her uncle bill, her aunt ginger, her Nephew George Edward Walker Jr., and her Nephew Joshua Cole Sheffler. 

Cynthia is survived by her mother Ruth Sheffler of Troy IN, her sister Pearl Sheffler and husband Ace of Troy IN, her sister Lena Rutherford and husband William of Cross Lanes Wv, her Brother Keith Sheffler, her only child Rebecca of Tell city IN, her only grandson Jaden, her Stepchildren Sarah and Joey of Jeffersonville, her boyfriend Dan Schroeder of Jeffersonville, her nephew David of Charleston Wv, her nieces Brittany Of Charleston Wv and Tarah of Charleston Wv. 8 Great nephews and one great niece.

Cynthia will be missed and is loved by many.

A celebration of life will beheld for Cynthia on Saturday, August 17th, 12pm, at 235 Orchard Hill Drive, Tell city Indiana, 57586. Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions are entrusted with her arrangements, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville KY, 40243.
