Survived by wife, Jean (Robertson); sons, Rip (Ann) and Drew ; granddaughter, Baker; sisters Mary Kay Ratterman (Woody) and Gretchen Phillips.
Memorial service 3:00 May 27, St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Anchorage, KY. Reception to follow at church.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Lukes Church or to Crusade for Children.
