Corey Weaver Washington

Corey Weaver Washington, known to his family as "Prince", passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 2 years old. Prince was born in Louisville, Kentucky to his parents, Patrice Weaver and Corey Washington. Prince was an active, happy toddler who was always on the move, trying to keep up with everyone! He loved playing with his brothers, his sister, and his cousins. Prince loved the show Cocomelon and always had a big smile on his face! Though his life on earth was brief, his memory lives on in all of those who loved him.

Prince was preceded in death by his uncle, John Frederick Weaver, Jr.

To cherish his memories, he leaves his parents, Patrice Weaver and Corey Washington; siblings, Corey Cortez, DeCorey Mitchell, Joseph Weaver, & Jazelle Weaver; grandparents, Pattie Kimbley & John Weaver; cousins; aunts; special aunts, Tia Weaver, Carlisha Taylor, & Veria Robinson; and special uncle, Darry Grigsby.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions-Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. His Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
