Connie Graves

Connie Graves, 66, of Radcliff, KY, formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away on June 25, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on September 5, 1956 in Nelsonville, OH to the late John and Wanda Cavote. Connie was passionate about her career in health care and roles as a leader in various fields. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and an over all family oriented person. Connie had various hobbies and interests throughout her life, including animals, nature, gardening, and arts and crafts. She also enjoyed spending time with her beloved pet dog, Floyd. For those that knew her well, we will often remember her infectious personality and how she never met a stranger.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Wendy Evans; infant son, Jeremy Spear; and brother, John Cavote.

She is survived by her husband, George B. Wilson; son, Delbert "Dusty" Spear, Jr. (Jennifer Ennis); step-son, Brenton T. Wilson; grandchildren, Madelynn Evans and Cash Spear; and a multitude of family and friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 6, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY). A service to celebrate Connie's life will follow that day at 12:30 PM at the funeral home with burial following at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY)
