Colin Ray Dunaway

Colin Ray Dunaway, 23, of Shelbyville, Kentucky passed away on June 20, 2017. Colin was born in LaGrange, Kentucky on March 22, 1994 to Ronnie Dunaway and Carla Wyatt. He graduated from Shelby County High School in 2012. He enjoyed spending time with family, especially his children. He previously served as a Volunteer Firefighter for the Shelby County Fire Department.

Colin was preceded in death by a grandfather, Raymond Dunaway. He is survived by his parents; three children Sophia Bland, Jaxon Dunaway and Bryson Bland; sisters, Kayla Dunaway and Kiara Wyatt: brothers Andrew Dunaway and KJ Wyatt; paternal grandmother, "Mamaw" Shirley Dunaway; maternal grandmother, Marie Javins; maternal grandfather, Carl Javins and his wife, Kim Javins.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) with visitation from 1:00 pm until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of the funeral home.
