Cody Christopher Loftus

Cody Christopher Loftus, age 28 of Louisville, Ky. passed away on Thursday December 9th, 2021. Cody was an amazing daddy to his son Harrison, a loving son, brother, cousin, mentor and friend. He enjoyed fast cars, riding ATV's, boating, going to the beach and traveling with his son, family and close friends. He lived simply yet worked endlessly. Cody's big smile, warm heart and infectious laugh will be missed by so many, as he touched so many lives during his time on earth and now in his departure. Cody was born on February 26th, 1993 to Christine Adams (Loftus) and Joseph Gilliam. He is preceded in death by grandparents, many uncles and an aunt.

Cody is survived by his mom, Christine (Chuck); dad, Joseph (Brenda); brother, Ryan; sisters, Delila and Morgan; as well as a host of cousins, family and close friends that will cherish his loving memory forever.

Visitation will be 12 to 6pm on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243, with a celebration of Cody's life to follow at 6pm.
