Claudia Anne Lamphear

Claudia Anne Lamphear, 57, of Taylorsville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023. Claudia was a loving wife, mom, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend. She always loved spending time with her family especially her kids and grandkids. She enjoyed gardening, elephants, butterflies, crafts, baking, and reading. She was a very giving person not only with money but with her time making food for different shelters and anyone who needed it.

She was born on May 29, 1965 in Karlsruhe, Germany to Roy and Else (Wittenburg) Bane. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Else Martha Bane, Daughter, Charlotte Anne Lamphear, Granddaughter, Alisha Lamphear, and Brother, Robert Bane.

Claudia is survived by her loving Husband of 40 years, Jeffrey Alan Lamphear, Sr.; Father, Roy Albert Bane; Children, Crystal Anne (Nick) Schulten, Jeffrey Alan Lamphear, Jr., and Cara Lynn Lamphear; Grandchildren, Gabrielle Clark, Jacobe Clark, Aiden Sims, Alexander Lamphear, Isaac Lamphear, Izabella Lamphear, Jesselee Rath, Zackary Schulten, and Olivia Schulten; Siblings, Willie (Lori) Bane and James (Lila) Bane, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, April 17, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy) visitation will continue on Tuesday April 18, 2023 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in Claudia 's memory be made to Associates In Pediatrics Therapy.
