Claude Lee Able, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019. Claude was a member of Lighthouse of Prayer church.
Claude was a skilled Semi truck mechanic, and did that for over 70 years. He was an amazing Husband, Father and Grandfather. His family meant everything to him.
Claude was born on May 14, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Nettie Able-Stivers, Daughter, Annette Able, and Son, Claude Able, Jr..
Claude is survived by his loving Wife of 51years, Mary Able, Son, Clifford Able, Shawn Able, Son, Eric Able, Daughter, Brittany Moore, Sister, Carrie Bozsoki, Grandchildren: Sherry Able, Layla Able, Mahaylie Able, Matthew Able, Shelby Moore, Elizabeth Moore, and Christian Able, Great-Grandchild, Evelyn Kay Hudson.
A gathering for Claude's family and friends will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of his life will be at 10:30 am on Friday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.

"Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his Heavenly kingdom. To God be the glory Forever and ever. Amen". -2 Timothy 4:18
